Able to pause time in a ten-meter circumference around him, this only works if he is cut off mentally and walking. If he is running, it will not work, and time will pass normally. He can act normally in this circle, as long as he’s not running. Once something has left the circumference, time will pass normally. This ability lasts for 30 seconds at a time and has a 5 minute recharge period.
