UMO

UMO is an independent, anti-mutant agency funded by the government to try and exterminate the mutant race. They work in the shadows and try not to emerge into public too often. The only truly public appearance they've made was during the Summer of 2019 when the First Generation came into action. It was a dark period lead by four agents who went by the codenames S, Ko, E and V. Their true identities are unknown to the public but they are still key agents to the power which is UMO.
