Back in September, the rebel group of mutants known as "First Generation" took occupation within the home of one of their members. They set up base in there with the help of who is known in files as "the architect" and spent time hiding out in here until they were discovered. There were basic amenities like bathrooms, a kitchen and bedrooms but it also contained a monitor room with cameras all over the building. This was used by Ethan, Raiko and Viae, who were debatably the people within the group that showed the most leadership qualities.

However, in the siege of this building and the execution of its inhabitants, one of the more destructive mutants imploded with fire, killing herself and destroying the base in the process. There is now nothing left of this once large base as it was burnt to ashes.
